Last year we had a free smart phone bootcamp training for Ebonyians and Nigerians
This was done because a good number of Nigerians do not have access to laptops.
The training was aimed at teaching them how to utilize their mobile devices for economic empowerment.

Over 100 people benefitted from the training.

In 2022, Laureates SIE became an official DataCamp donates partner. In the first year, we collaborated with the American based tech giants to offer 70 free datacamp licences to Ebonyians and Nigerians with disability. This year (2023), we have secured a further 100 licenses to offer to Ebonyians, Nigerians with disability and health researchers in Ebonyi State.
This partnership was borne out of the need to ameliorate the cost of online education to indigent Ebonyians and deserving Nigerians at large. We also hope it empowers the beneficiaries to develop world class tech skills capable of competing in the global marketplace.
